Japanese Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine · Lake Elsinore, CA

Nourish the mind,
body, and soul.

Byron Barth, L.Ac., MSTOM has practiced Japanese-style acupuncture for over 20 years, working just beneath the surface to help the body heal itself — gently, and with fewer needles.

"Japanese style follows the premise that less is more."

Japanese acupuncture shares the same underlying medical theory as the Chinese style, but differs in application and technique. We believe the body's most responsive Qi lies on, or just beneath, the skin's surface — so it's rarely necessary to needle deeply or produce a strong sensation.

In a typical treatment, Byron uses thinner needles, and fewer of them, to help the body activate its own healing response.
